Article 1 — Purpose
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the PornClipAI service, available exclusively at https://pornclipai.com (the “Site”).
PornClipAI is an online studio for adults, used to generate images and clips from text or an image. Any use of the Site means you have read and accepted these Terms.
Article 2 — Publisher and contact
The Site is published under the PornClipAI brand, domain name pornclipai.com.

Article 3 — Acceptance
By confirming the 18+ gate, creating a PornClipAI account, or using the studio, you accept these Terms without reservation.
If you do not accept these conditions, you must leave pornclipai.com and stop using the service.
Article 4 — Adults only
PornClipAI is strictly reserved for people aged at least 18, or the age of sexual and civil majority in your country if that age is higher than 18.
You represent and warrant that you are an adult, and that you are not using the Site on behalf of a minor. The operator of PornClipAI may refuse, suspend or delete access if there is a reasonable doubt about age.
Article 5 — Description of the service
The PornClipAI studio allows, depending on the options chosen: generating images from text; generating images from an image; generating clips from text or an image; an 18+ chat with a fictional adult character.
Generating images and clips requires an account with a confirmed email. Each render debits Studio credits before the engine is called. There is no free generation without an account.
The Site does not guarantee that a prompt will produce a result matching your expectation. Generation may fail, be queued, or be refused if it breaches these Terms.
Article 6 — Account
Generation, chat and the public gallery require an account. You agree to provide truthful information and to keep your password confidential.
The account, credits and purchase history are stored on the server. Some private media and preferences may be stored in your browser. You are responsible for backing up your media: PornClipAI is not an unlimited archive service.
Article 7 — Credits, passes and payment
Dialogue credits are used only for chat exchanges and Studio credits for images and videos; they cannot be exchanged. The cost of a generation depends on the selected settings and is shown before confirmation. Included quantities, Dialogue-credit options and current prices appear on the Pricing page before purchase.
Credit packs and monthly subscriptions are paid via Stripe. PornClipAI does not store card numbers. Prices are shown in euros, taxes included where applicable according to Stripe’s handling.
The line on your bank statement uses a discreet Stripe descriptor (“AI Creator”), without the pornclipai.com site name or the PornClipAI brand.
Unused credits have no cash-out value, except where the law requires otherwise. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled in account settings; access remains active through the paid period. Content already generated remains subject to these Terms.
Article 8 — Forbidden content
On PornClipAI it is forbidden to create, import, request or distribute content involving minors (real or fictional), non-consensual acts, exploitation, illegal violence, or the likeness of a real person without their authorisation.
You warrant that any imported image shows only consenting adults, and that you hold all necessary rights. PornClipAI may refuse a prompt, block a generation or close an account in case of a breach.
Article 9 — Your content and results
You remain responsible for the text, images and instructions you submit to PornClipAI. You grant the Site operator a technical, non-exclusive licence limited to performing the requested generation.
Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use generated media for your personal use. You may not present a result as a real photograph of an identified person, nor bypass the studio filters.
Article 10 — PornClipAI property
The PornClipAI brand, the pornclipai.com domain name, the interface, the copy, the graphics and the Site code remain the property of their owner. No licence is granted beyond ordinary use of the service.
It is forbidden to copy, scrape, resell or extract the Site, to impersonate the PornClipAI brand, or to suggest that you publish pornclipai.com.
Article 11 — Availability
PornClipAI is provided “as is”. Interruptions (maintenance, saturation, failure of a generation or payment provider) may occur. No render time is guaranteed.
Article 12 — Liability
You alone are responsible for how you use PornClipAI, the prompts you enter, the files you import and the media you download. Illegal use is solely your responsibility.
To the extent permitted by French law, the operator of PornClipAI cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of local data, or generated results that do not match your expectations.
Article 13 — Personal data
Processing of data (account, prompts, images sent to the generation engine, Stripe payments) is described in the PornClipAI privacy policy, available from pornclipai.com.
Article 14 — Changes and termination
PornClipAI may change these Terms. The applicable version is the one published at https://pornclipai.com/terms, with the update date. Using the Site after a change means you accept it.
You may stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend access in case of a Terms breach, without prejudice to legal action.
Article 15 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to PornClipAI or pornclipai.com will be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
